About the Chin Enhancement Procedure 

Prior to the procedure, your practitioner will analyse your lower facial area and assess your personal requirements. From here, she will explain in depth how Chin Enhancement works and the ways in which it may benefit you. A numbing cream is applied for your comfort before the filler is injected into the chin to create your desired aesthetic.

What is Filler? 

The filler we use for the Chin Enhancement procedure is a liquid/gel-like substance that is injected into the area to achieve the ideal ratio between the nose, mouth and chin. 

How Many ML Do I Need? 

Every person is different and the dose will vary accordingly. The finished result should be noticeable yet natural and the usual dose is around 1ml. 

Will I Need More Than One Session? 

One session is all many clients need to achieve the desired result. However, if any changes need to be made, a client may have a second session once the swelling has subsided and the true result is revealed. 

Can the Filler Be Removed? 

Absolutely. Our filler contains Hyaluronic Acid, something we already have present in our skin and as a result, the filler is temporary and can be dissolved if necessary. 

Is Chin Enhancement Right for Me?

What are the Side Effects?

A side effect most commonly experienced with Chin Enhancement is swelling and bruising although, with our help and advice, we can help keep this to a minimum. 

How Should I Prepare for Chin Enhancement? 

You can begin preparing for your Chin Enhancement seven days prior to treatment by stopping any blood thinning medication that might increase the chances of bruising. Alcohol should be avoided 24 hours before your appointment to minimise for the same reason. Clear your diary of any intense facial treatments three days before as this can cause blood to rush to the surface of the skin which will again increase your chance of bruising.
