Cancellation Policy for Appointments

At Anglian Aesthetics, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to all of our clients. To ensure that appointments run smoothly and everyone gets the care they deserve, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation or Rescheduling

• 24-Hour Notice Required: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client.
• Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Appointment: If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of £50 will be charged if you have not already paid a £50 deposit. If a deposit has been paid prior to appointment, this will enact as a cancellation fee and a refund will not be issued.
  This helps compensate for the time reserved specifically for you.

No-Show Policy

• Missed Appointments: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not given prior notice, a no-show fee of £50 will apply if you have not already paid a £50 deposit. If a deposit has been paid prior to appointment, this will enact as a cancellation fee and a refund will not be issued.

Late Arrivals

• Arriving Late: If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling of your appointment, and a fee may apply.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to give proper notice due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to work with you.
